These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and zc333 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at zc333.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, "the Platform").

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or exclusion imposed by zc333 or any other gambling regulatory authority.
• One Account Only: You must not already hold an active or suspended zc333 account. Each person is entitled to register only one account.

zc333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

When you register a zc333 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zc333 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

• You must notify zc333 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account via the 24/7 live chat support channel.
• zc333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified zc333 of a security breach in a timely manner.
• zc333 may terminate or suspend your account at any time if we have reason to believe that the security of your account has been compromised or that the account is being used in violation of these Terms.

Account names and registered details may not be changed without formal verification. Requests to update registered mobile numbers or email addresses must be submitted to zc333 support with supporting identification documents.

zc333 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, USDT (cryptocurrency), and SadaPay. Additional payment methods may be made available and will be listed on the Deposits page within your zc333 account dashboard.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded to the source account. Any deposit made from a payment method not registered in your name may trigger an account review and temporary suspension pending investigation.

zc333 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. All PKR balances held in your zc333 account are maintained in a segregated account separate from company operating funds.

Withdrawal requests at zc333 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Identity Verification (KYC): Full KYC verification — including government-issued ID and proof of address — must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. This is a mandatory regulatory requirement.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the bonus-associated funds can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been used to trigger a bonus may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to two business hours. USDT withdrawals are processed within one hour subject to network congestion.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily withdrawal limits apply per account tier. Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rs 200,000 per day. Verified high-tier accounts may request limit increases via live chat support.

zc333 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and PSL season specials to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus (currently 200% up to Rs 50,000 on the first deposit) is available to new registrants making their first qualifying deposit. Minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. Wagering requirement: 25× the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of bonus crediting.
• One Bonus Per Person: Promotions are limited to one per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses via duplicate accounts will result in all bonuses being voided and accounts suspended.
• Eligible Games: Bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories. Sports betting wagering contributions may differ from casino game contributions when meeting wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active: While bonus wagering is incomplete, maximum bet or stake sizes may be restricted. Placing bets above the permitted maximum while bonus funds are active may result in winnings from those bets being voided.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically.
• zc333 Right to Modify: zc333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the platform or registered email.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the zc333 platform, including PSL cricket betting, international cricket markets, and all other sports offered:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique Bet ID. Bets not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or insufficient balance are not valid.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. If the odds change between your selection and confirmation, you will be notified and may accept or decline the revised odds.
• Event Cancellation: If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required period of play is completed, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless settlement has already occurred on markets that were decided before the abandonment.
• Live Betting: Live in-play betting markets, including PSL ball-by-ball markets, are offered at zc333's sole discretion. zc333 reserves the right to suspend or remove live markets at any time without notice. Bets already confirmed before suspension stand.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-bet winnings across all sports markets are capped at Rs 5,000,000. Accumulator bets are subject to separate maximum payout limits detailed in the sports rules section of the platform.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to decimal errors, system glitches, or odds clearly inconsistent with the market at the time — zc333 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds.

All casino games offered on the zc333 platform — including live dealer tables, RNG slots, table games, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party game providers and are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness by accredited testing laboratories.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published within the game's information panel. Players are encouraged to review RTP figures before playing.
• Live casino tables have minimum and maximum bet limits that vary by table and game type. Bet limits are displayed within the live casino lobby before you join a table.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the game result will be determined by the game server state at the time of disconnection. zc333 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zc333 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or otherwise attempting to deceive zc333.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds in a manner designed to guarantee withdrawal without genuine play intent, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets across multiple outcomes to guarantee a profit regardless of the result, particularly in connection with bonus funds.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Match-Fixing Facilitation: Placing bets with knowledge of corrupt activity, inside information not available to the public, or in furtherance of any sports integrity violation.
• Money Laundering: Using the zc333 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the origin of illegally obtained money. zc333 is obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider after using deposited funds. All confirmed chargebacks will result in account suspension and legal recovery action for the disputed amount.

zc333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their betting activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account Settings section. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time reminders that alert them when a specified duration of play has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.

Nothing in these Terms limits zc333's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

zc333's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zc333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of material changes, zc333 will provide advance notice via the platform and/or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the zc333 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible via the footer link on every page of zc333.net. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zc333 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account decision, or bonus ruling, players should first contact zc333 customer support via live chat. zc333 aims to resolve all support disputes within 72 hours of initial contact.
